Is US ready to handle Zionist fatalities

Iranian lawmaker Mojtaba Rahmandoust believes that the US would not sacrifice Israel over its military intervention in Syria, adding that a military intervention is unlikely in light of the Damascus' threats to target Israel.

The lawmaker considered a US attack against Syria as very unlikely, arguing that the US internal situation is not ready to go on e anew war and that the US people are opposed to a war on Syria.

The senior authority told Qudsna that the chemical weapons has lost its luster as a pretext for going into war against any country, adding that the US allies are not able to satisfy the public opinion about a new war by capitalizing on the alleged attack.

The lawmaker went on to say that the Syrian people's support to their government would further make it impossible for the US to embark on a military intervention in Syria.

The lawmaker said a Damascus attack on Israel would follow any US military intervention. "Is the US ready to deal with large fatalities on the side of the Zionists?" he asked.

The parliamentarian added however that since the US governments usually fails to follow logic in its decision making, there is the possibility that the country directly go into war against Syria.
