Muslims must come to rescue of Aqsa

Palestinian Ambassador to Tehran, Salah Zavavi expressed hope the world countries would join hands with the Muslim countries in preserving the occupied al-Quds city (‘Jerusalem’).

The ambassador told Qudsna that the Palestinian issue is the topmost issue of the Islamic world, adding that any strengthening of Muslim countries would expedite the process of liberation of Palestine.

The ambassador slammed the Muslim silence towards the Israeli measures in the occupied al-Quds and its judazation of the al-Aqsa mosque.

The Palestinian envoy said Israeli was seeking to prevent the resolution of the Palestinian issue through fomenting strife in Muslim countries.

Asked about the Syrian issue, the Palestinian official urged Muslim muftis to stage a conference and resolve the crisis. He said Iran must lead the efforts to resolve the crisis.

The ambassador said the Syrian nation and government are top opponents of the Zionist regime of Israel and have never withdrawn from the combat.
