Imam's idea about Israel would come true

A deputy of Tehran Mayor says the late founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini laid the foundation of anti-Israeli struggle in the world. 

Hojatoleslam Meisam Amroudi was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) answering a question about the role of Imam Khomeini in the Palestinian issue. 

The deputy mayor then touched on Imam Khomeini that Israel would perish from the page of time one day, adding the prediction would come true by the people’s resistance. 

“All the current developments in the region, especially the Islamic awakening have been inspired by the storm of Imam Khomeini’s revolution,” Amroudi said, adding everyone will witness the collapse of Israel.
