Laos official argues against Annapolis confab

Vice chairman of foreign affairs committee in Laos  believed that the success of a conference depends to the participants, Kukeo Akhamountry said, adding that if a conference was to resolve the problems on agenda, it must have all those involved at seats.

"I believe that the Annapolis conference will be something concrete and it will be a step for other conferences," he said.

"I think that we must first look that who organized the conference?"

"As Americans are the holder of this meeting, so it can not solve any problems of the Palestinians," the vice chairman said.
