Mottaki: Day of Qods brought hope to part of the region

The international Day of Qods designated by the late Imam Khomeini brought hope to part of the region, IRI Foreign Minister said.

"We are sure that Arab and Muslim nations will stand powerfully as past against the pressures of normalization of ties with Zionist regime”, FM said.

On the eve of World Quds Day, Manoucher Mottakki told Qodsna that the Zionist regime was on the verge of collapse while the resistance front is growing.

No doubt supporting the Palestinian issue and Al-Quds by the late Imam Khomeini and his successor Ayatollah Khamenei has been always source of hope, strength and resistance among different groups of Palestinians and resistance groups, he said.

Mottaki described the enemy failure in the face of the Palestinians and Lebanese resistance fighters in recent years as a result of the heroic resistance of those fighters.

Due to the beliefs of resistance fighters, Zionist regime is witnessing the worst of its historical spells and is on the verge of collapse, the IRI Foreign Minister said.
