Zionist's Zelekha to Appeal to Court

Israeli Outgoing Accountant General Yaron Zelekha will appeal to the High Court of Justice if the State Prosecutor's Office decides not to indict Prime Minister Ehud Olmert for his role in the Bank Leumi affair.

Earlier, the police had reported that they lack sufficient evidence to try Olmert on his supposed involvement in the affair, first exposed by Zelekha himself.
