Swed calls for end to Israeli occupation

During a meeting with Palestinian Minister of Local Government Zaid Al-Bandak at his office in Ramallah, Swedish Consul General in Beit Ul Moqaddas Nils Eliasson reaffirmed Sweden's belief that ending Zionists' occupation is a precondition for a just and comprehensive peace agreement.

Al-Bandak also updated the Eliasson on conditions in the Palestinian territories, discussing the ongoing attacks by Zionist regime's forces in the Gaza Strip, continuing Zionists' settlement activity in the West Bank and Beit Ul Moqaddas, and the expansion of the illegal separation wall. Al-Bandak said these actions reveal Zionist' bad will towards the peace process.
