Resistance, strategic choice of Palestinians

 The secretary general of the Islamic Jihad movement, Dr. Ramadan Abdullah Shallah on Friday confirmed that the Palestinian resistance is a strategic choice for the Palestinian people, calling on all the Palestinian armed wings to form a unified operation room to face the escalating Israeli aggression against the people.

 

Addressing a rally in the Syrian capital to mark the 20th anniversary of Hamas founding, Dr. Shallah also called on Egypt to play a role in bridging the gap between Fatah and Hamas and put an end to the tragedy of the besieged Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, valuing its role in ending the crisis of the Palestinian pilgrims recently.

 

Dr. Shallah also valuated the role played by Syria which embraces the Palestinian resistance and its symbols.

 

He also asked the parties of conflict on the internal Palestinian arena "Fatah" and "Hamas" to start an unconditional dialogue in order to end this case, saying: "No one puts conditions on our people who are massacred."

 

Shallah said that the Palestinian arena is witnessing a large and deep crisis holding responsibility for that for all the Palestinian parties and not for the Fatah and Hamas only.

 

He added that the negotiations with Zionists in the light of their massacres against the Palestinian people are absurd and a waste of time, calling on the official Palestinian side to put an end to these negotiations.
