More jobless across Israel

The jobless rate has increased across Israel, hitting 7.2 percent, according to the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The body said in a statement that there are currently over 230 thousand unemployed workers across Israel.

The statement forecast that the number of jobless people will still go up before 2014.

Israeli finance ministry has put the figure at 6.8 percent.
