Int’l Quds day in view of Iranian political experts

Quds News Agency (Qudsna) has interviewed a number Iranian political and Middle East experts on the August 2 international rallies on Quds.

They have forecast that this year’s Quds rally to be larger.

The experts said this year’s Quds event may therefore be called day of continued Islamic awakening.

Mosayeb Naimi told Qudsna that the current developments are partly connected to a US-Israeli conspiracy that aims to divide the nations and pit them against one another.
“The reality however is that all nations understand the day.
This year’s marches will be massive,” he said.
Former managing director of al-Vefaq daily said people in social media have started to discuss the rally’s effect to unite Muslims around the Palestinian issue.

The expert said sectarian feelings only serve Israel’s interests.
The professor in politics said this year’s international rally set for August 2 is all the more important in that it comes amid the western efforts to create a margin of security for the Zionist regime of Israel amid the regional developments.
He said the west is going to pit Muslims against one another across the Middle East in an effort to secure the Israeli interests.

An Iranian expert in regional affairs says Palestinians may adopt an effective measure on the eve of the international Quds day by rejecting the new US plan for a Palestinian compromise with the Israeli occupiers.
Hossein Kanani Moqaddam told Qudsna that the upcoming Quds day set for August 2 is staged amid a serious expansion of the force of resistance across the world of Islam.
“The Islamic awakening has prompted many individuals to join the resistance force,” he said.
As for the US new plan on the Palestinian issue, the expert noted the US is going to trigger another road map for a Palestinian compromise with the Israeli occupiers in the run-up to the international day of solidarity.
The expert said Muslim may counter the occupation through a boycott campaign, adding that the Palestinian factions must keep united and avoid being duped by the Israeli and American deceits.
 


Quds day, a revolutionary cause

An Iranian university professor says the Iranian nation will tell all pro- or anti-resistance currents in the region that Iran supports the Palestinian issue irrespective of the reality that certain groups have changed their course or attitude.
Hadi Ajili told Qudsna that the Iranian people by flooding the streets on August 2 for the international rally will reaffirm their traditional support for the Palestinian nation as a revolutionary cause.
The professor said 'Israel' in the eye of the Iranian people is rather than just an occupied geographical area.
"The Zionist regime is the incarnate of all devilish and inhumane acts; the occupation is the first, least crime of the regime.
The rally is truly a renunciation of the incarnate of evils," he said.
The International Quds Day rally will be staged on August 2.

Hassan Hanizadeh told Qudsna that the upcoming August 2 rallies of the international Quds ('Jerusalem') day was ever more important in light of the political developments.
The expert said some of the regional nations have toppled their puppet, pro-Israeli regimes and have taken their fate in their hand.
The expert said this year's pro-Quds rally would thus have more momentum than before.
The expert said chances were abundant for tabling and resolving the Palestinian nation's problems, adding that the Zionist regime is increasingly being isolated due to the regional developments.
The expert warned about the widening Israeli settlement building in East Jerusalem and called on Muslims to use the international event to express their disgust at the regime.
Hanizadeh also touched on the EU's recent move in blacklisting the Lebanese Hezbollah movement and urged Muslims to condemn the move in the August 2 rallies worldwide.

An Iranian expert in Middle East affairs says the US and Israel are going to trigger frustration among the regional revolutionary people and for the same reason, the upcoming August 2 international .
Quds day rallies are a much more significant even than anytime ever before.
Mohammadi-Sadeq Koushki told Qudsna that the US seeks to put a brake on the advancing vehicle of a wave of awakening in Muslim countries by inciting crises in the revolutionary countries.
The university professor said this year’s Quds event may therefore be called day of continued Islamic awakening.
Koushki used a quote of Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic to underline the global perspective of the event: “day of Quds is not only a day for Palestine rather it is the day of Islam and Islamic nations.
” The expert said the August 2 event could be a day of alert for those in Arab and Islamic countries who are deliberately or inadvertently playing into the hand of the US and Israel.
“The day can be used to expose the US and Israeli conspiracy in inciting a civil conflict in Egypt, Syria and Tunisia,” he said.
