Mofaz dismisses possibility of peace in 9 months

Israel’s Kadima party leader Shaul Mofaz believes that a peace agreement within nine months is highly unlikely, according to Jerusalem Post.

According to Mofaz, Israel prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu has a political agenda to prove that the PA is no partner for peace.

Mofaz says the upcoming prisoners release is the right move to make, adding however that the occurence is a result of Netanyahu’s refusal to seriously engage in negotiations with the Palestinians.
