Seif: Israel behind Egyptian crisis

A prominent Egyptian expert in political affairs believes that the Zionist regime of Israel is behind the current Egyptian crisis was.

Nabil Seif told Qudsna that the regime helps the Egyptian army in its crackdown on the protestors, adding that the assistance is aimed at dragging Egypt into war and nationwide bloodshed.

The expert said Israel was the number one enemy of the Egyptian people, adding that enmity was dating back to 1948 when Israel was fabricated.

Asked why the Palestinian authority supports the army's crackdown, Seif said the PA wishes to see the reactionary Arab regime keeping their rule and at the same time it does not favor any resistance group in the region and for the same reason, it support the crackdown.

The expert also warned about the role of Saudi Arabia in the Egyptian developments, saying that Riyadh was seeking to torpedo the spirit of resistance among the regional nations.
