Syria accuses Israel, Qatar of assisting terrorists

Syria's Permanent Representative to the UN Dr. Bashar al-Jaafari accused Israel and Qatar for their support of terrorism and arming of terrorist groups.
Al-Jaafari asserts that terrorist groups present in the Golan receive instructions from Qatari intelligence and assist Zionist regime.
