Crisis in Israeli Haifa port as strike declared

The management of the Israeli port of Haifa have declared a strike, Monday morning, following days of sanctions and disruptions by workers in recent days.

Management told the workers not to come until the crisis is over. Shipping companies were told that vessels would not be taken into port and all activity would be stopped.

As of Monday morning, trucks have not been allowed into the port to load or unload cargo.
