Israel fails to woo world to boycott Palestinian unity gov

Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government has failed to persuade the world not to recognize a new Palestinian Unity Government that is pursued by the Fatah and Hamas movements, Israeli radio Reshet Bet admitted.

An analyst with the radio also said the Zionist regime has failed to persuade the world community to force Hamas to recognize Israel before entering the government with the Fatah.

The analyst quoted senior Israeli authorities as suggesting that a soon-to-be-formed Palestinian unity government would be recognized by the Quartet committee of Middle East.

The analyst said he expected the committee to put limits on any Israeli sanctions on the new government.

Meanwhile, the Zionist regime in a weekly cabinet session decided to delay transfer of ministerial offices to the occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem') from Tel Aviv for five more years.

The decision came amid fears on the part of the Israeli authorities of any international backlash following such a transfer.

Even the key Israeli ally the US has refused to transfer its embassy from Tel Aviv to the occupied Palestinian city.
