Current conditions point to new Intifada

An Iranian cultural activist believes that the current developments across the Palestinian lands point to the emergence of a new Intifada.
Abolfazl Salehiniya was speaking to a panel debate on the role of Iran's cultural centers abroad concerning the anti-Zionism ceremonies in the international day of Quds tat falls on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan.
Also, the director general in the Arab and African affairs in the Iranian Organization of Islamic Culture and Communications, Salehiniya said the Palestinian issue is a fixed agenda for the cultural body.
The senior activist said the best way to promote the international event was to use the conduit of people-based associations.
Touching on the developments in Iraq, the director general said the Zionists are using the Daesh terror onslaught in Iraq as a cover for their atrocities against the Palestinian people.
