Arming proposal, end of line of talks
An Iranian expert believes that arming the West Bank would put a line under fruitless talks with Israel.
Hossein Kanani Moqaddam was speaking to Qudsna, asked about a landmark proposal by the Islamic Revolution Leader, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei that the West Bank would rather take up arms against the Zionist regime of Israel.
Speaking to a large group of Iranian students on Thursday, the Islamic Revolution Leader has reaffirmed that the sole way to stop the unperceivable Israeli crimes in the Palestinian territories was to remove the entity through a democratic procedure.
Ayatollah Khamenei also rejected the idea that 'if rockets were not fired from Gaza, the Zionist regime would have treat Palestinians better,' noting that the regime has already adopted a similar humiliating and murderous policy in the West Bank where the only weapons of people is to throw rocks.
The expert said the Zionist regime only understands the language of force, adding that the arming proposal conveys the message that any compromise with the Zionist regime is rejected.
“It also says that an armed intifada across the occupied lands would be the sole way to counter the Israeli atrocities,” the expert said.
Kanani Moqaddam maintained that the proposal signals the idea that the Islamic Republic would not settled for less than the destruction of Israel, adding that to destroy Israel never means to kill the Jewish population and rather it means to remove the fake entity of Israel.
“The Islamic Republic will pursue the formation of an inclusive government across the lands from the sea to the river governed by the Palestinians,” he added.
