Resistance groups never surrender

A senior Israeli officer had admitted that Hamas and other Palestinian resistance groups will not surrender to the regime's army.

Speaking to Israel's Channel 10, he said there was a real war on the ground rather than an excursive project or a display war.

The officer quoted by the Sama news agency said Israel never expects Hamas and its allies would lift the white flag and that Israel would never be the winner in the battle.

The senior officer described the Hamas warriors as 'valiant,' adding that the group can continue the war as Israel cannot destroy all resistance tunnels in Gaza.

The officer added however that the regime has made 'gains' that would help reach a truce.
