Resistance fingers on triggers

A senior Hamas authority has warned that the fingers of Palestinian resistance forces were on triggers of their guns after the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was quoted by the regime’s television as saying that he was not going to continue the Cairo truce talks.

Hamas representative in the Palestinian legislative council Yahya Moussa said Hamas believes Israel may only be contained through a military confrontation.

The Hamas official said the Palestinian Authority, the Egyptian intelligence and the Palestinian negotiators must adopt a serious reaction.

Striking a similar tone, member of the Palestinian negotiation group Abd al-Karim abu Leili said Netanyahu’s remarks totally violate the truce agrrement.

He said Israel was required to send a team for follow-up talks and if failed it has breached the agreement.
