ISIL propaganda against Islam would fail

Deputy of Tehran Mayor, Hojatoeslam Meisam Amroudi says the sole entity that reaps the fruits of the emergence of the ISIL terror group is the Zionist regime.

The deputy mayor made the remarks in an interview with Qudsna on the sidelines of a press show in Tehran.

Amroudi says Islam never seeks violence, adding that the propaganda campaign that seeks to present a violent face out of Islam would eventually end up in failure.

In another regard, the deputy mayor said the Israeli face has become known for the world following the Palestinian developments in the past few years.

The senior official said Palestinians had no role in the Holocaust while the Zionist regime engaged in a real holocaust against the nation by committing genocide in Gaza.
