Balance of power in favor of resistance

A senior member of the Iranian parliament says the balance of power has turned in favor of the regional anti-Israeli resistance since 2000.

Alaeddin Boroujerdi made the remarks in an interview with Qudsna when visiting the news agency's pavilion in Iran's 20th Press Show in Tehran.

The deputy of parliament said the phony grandeur of the Zionist regime has torn apart during the past 14 years in which Israel could not meet its military and political goals in the face of the Lebanese Hezbollah and the resistance groups in Gaza.

Asked about the Israeli malicious moves against the Iranian nuclear talks with the P5+1 group, the lawmaker said the occupying regime of Israel has exhausted its efforts to mar the face of the Islamic Republic in the international scene, including in the nuclear talks.
