Call for media strategy over Palestine

Deputy Omani information minister says Muslim media may play a major role in countering the Zionist regime of Israel by putting in place a powerful professional strategy.

Ali bin Khalfan al-Jaberi made the remarks in an interview with Qudsna on the sidelines of a meeting of Muslim information ministers in Tehran.

The Omani authority said the Muslim media may help the community to pass through the existing challenges.

Al-Jaberi said the Palestinian issue must be considered as the axial issue of the Muslim community, adding that Muslim media must support the nation's inalienable rights.
