Leader’s statement came at a ripe time

A senior Iranian expert in cultural affairs says a recently-issued letter by the Islamic Revolution Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei to the western youngsters came in a ripe time as Muslims have ironically become the key victim of terror amid anti-Islamic propaganda in the west.

Mohammad Baqer Khoramshad was speaking to the Qods News Agency in Tehran.

The cultural expert said the Western governments mourned for the victims of a terror incident in France that took place by the same terror operatives whom were supported by the same governments in their killing sprees in Syria and Iraq.

“An insightful wake-up call was imperative to remind the clean conscious of the young westerners about the realities on the ground,” Khoramshad said, pointing to Ayatollah Khamenei’s statement in which he urged the youths in Europe and North America to acquire an unbiased and independent learning of Islam irrespective of the anti-Islamic propaganda in the mainstream western media.

The expert believed that landmark statement was an effort to shatter a formidable atmosphere created by the western government concerning Islam and the Muslim world.

The Islamic Revolution Leader “has apparently sought to keep the western world from being pitted against Muslims,” the cultural expert said.
