World free men model 1979 revolution

A senior authority in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement says the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran in 1979 set the stage for the training of revolutionary Islamic forces for a mainstream combat against the global arrogance.

Khder Habib also told the Qods News Agency that the Iranian Islamic Revolution modeled the 6th century's Ashura uprising and taught showed the Muslim nations no party whatsoever may hinder their push for freedom.

Habib affirmed that the Iranian revolutionary model has already been followed by every free man in the world.

Asked how the 1979 Iranian revolution has affected the Palestinian issue, the personality said the Iranian revolution put the Palestinian issue top on the global agenda by closing the former embassy of Israel in Tehran before handing it to the Palestinians in a diplomatic gesture against the 1948-fabriocated entity.

"After four consecutive decades, the Islamic Republic ha kept its commitment to the Palestinian issue by continuing the combat against the Zionist-American project in the region," the Islamic Jihad personality added.
