Israel, key supporter of Yemen invasion

A senior member of the Iranian parliament says the Zionist regime of Israel has been a key supporter of the ongoing military intervention and bloodshed in Yemen.

Chairman of the parliamentary committee in foreign policy and national security, Alaeddin Boroujerdi was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna).

The lawmaker said the regime is suspected of delivering intelligence to the Saudi invaders, adding the regime has always played a destabilizing role in the region.

Boroujerdi said the Saudi government suffered a strategic mistake in invading Yemen however it has already failed to restore to power its favorite stooge Mansou Hadi government even after forty long days of invasion while it had calculated it would have reached the goal in maximum seven days.

Asked about the recent Black community protests in Israel, the lawmaker said the protests served as another loop in the chain of Israeli failures and drew it closer to collapse.
