Day of Quds helped advance Islamic Revolution

An Iranian deputy of parliament says the international day of Quds has been instrumental in advancing the cause of the Islamic Revolution.

Sayyed Ali Mohammad Bozorgavari also told the Qids News Agency that the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini designated the day in an effort to establish a sustainable unity in the Muslim community.

The lawmaker said Iran treats the Palestinian issue irrespective of the political stance of certain Palestinian groups.

The lawmaker also said the massive presence of Muslims in the annual marches has been proved to be inspirational for the force of anti-Israeli resistance and its advocates in the region.
