Mashal visit dealt with Palestinian issue

Hamas Spokesman Mushir al-Mesri says a visit to Saudi Arabia by the Hamas political bureau chief Khaled Mashal was aimed at using all capacities in the Muslim community in the resolution of the Palestinian issue.

The spokesman also told the Qods News Agency that the visit by no means dealt with any regional or international issues other than the Palestinian issue.

Mesri said the Hamas movement seeks to open venues with all Muslim countries, including Iran and Saudi Arabia, adding the Zionist regime is the common enemy of all Muslim countries against whish Hamas is combating.

The spokesman also rejected rumors of Hamas involvement in the Saudi war on Yemen, adding Hamas follows the principle stance of no-interference in the internal affairs of any Arab states.
