IRI's identity is to defend Palestinians

A senior Iranian pro-Palestinian activist says the recent burning to death of a Palestinian toddler shows how the Zionist regime runs against humanity.

Secretary General of the International Assembly on Proximity among Islamic Denominations Ayatollah Mohsen Araki was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna).

Araki said the Palestinian resistance fighters are actually fighting on behalf of all humans against the unfettered regime.

The senior figure said the Palestinian issue would never be removed from the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic, adding to defend the Palestinian issue serves as an identity for the Islamic Republic.

“Our identity is to combat against tyranny,” Araki said, adding the combat is underway as long as the Islamic Republic and the Iranian ation exist.
