Current intifada features a popular face

Representative of the Islamic Jihad movement in Tehran says the current Palestinian intifada is featured with a public presence, adding that the popular face of the uprising has made it difficult for the Zionist regime to contain the growing movement.

Naser Abu Sharif was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna).

The Palestinian personality said the popular basis of the current uprising must be kept to the end, adding various Palestinian movements must express solidarity with the uprising and avoid being involved directly.

In another regard, the Palestinian envoy touched on the massive extents of the current uprising, saying the growing protests have prompted the Zionist regime to recall its reservists.

“The recalls would eventually leave a negative impact on the regime,” he said.
