Western media distorting facts about Intifada

American journalist Laura Lossero slammed the biased position adopted by western mass media vis-à-vis the ongoing anti-occupation Intifada waged by the Palestinian people.

 “Israel’s cold-blooded and extra-judicial execution of Palestinians in the occupied West Bank since early October is just a heinous crime,” PIC quoted her as saying.

She added that the videos propagated online are just shocking and have to be sent to the International Criminal Court in Geneva.

The journalist said the pro-Israel lobbies in the western countries have been distorting facts about the nature of the Intifada.

She voiced hope that she can gain access to the blockaded Gaza Strip so that she can transmit to the western nations facts as they truly are on the ground.

“Our ethical duty does not only lie in searching for the truth and making ourselves knowledgeable about the real state of affairs but also in taking the necessary measures to raise peoples’ awareness,” the American journalist further said.
