Palestinian cause in same boat with Islamic Resolution aspirations

Director of the Iranian '55online' news website says due information work was a primary mission for any media that promote the Islamic revolution of Iran, adding a media imperialism has already spread the world over.

Zoheir Qarazi was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) while inspecting its pavilion in the 21st international pres fair in Tehran.

The media expert said Iran was among a few countries where media imperialism could not infiltrate, adding media affiliated to the resistance front in the region should further strive to make the voice of the Palestinian people heard.

"We have a further mission either to raise awareness among the world's free individuals," he said.

Qarazi then touched on a call by the Islamic Revolution Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei for arming the Palestinian population in the occupied West Bank so as to be able to defend themselves in the face of the occupier Israelis.

"Media should promote the call; in Iran, the Palestinian issue is in the same boat with the Islamic Revolution cause," he said, adding Imam Khomeini's designation of the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as Day of Quds well shows the significance of the Palestinian issue.
