Palestinian issue tied to IRI national interests

An Iranian expert in regional political affairs says the Palestinian issue serves as an issue of national interests for the Islamic Republic.

Jafar Qannadbashi also told the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) that what currently takes place in the occupied al-Quds ('Jerusalem') and the occupied West Bank would affect the fate of all regional nations.

The expert tied the recent waves of protests across the European Union to an indignation among the EU nations against the Zionist regime's atrocities in Palestine, adding the regional pro-justice media should not allow the west to eschew the reality.

The expert also thanked Qodsna for its coverage to the Palestinian developments, calling it diligent.
