Israeli atrocities mirroring West's resolve

Iranian reformist politician, Ibrahim Asgharzadeh says the Palestinian issue remains to be the foremost issue of the Muslim community, adding the Zionist regime of Israel is re-brewing its anger at Islam by unleashing terror groups in the West.

“The regime seeks to present Islam as a violent religion,” he told the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) in Tehran, adding until the Western governments fail to deal with Israel seriously, it would not enjoy normal ties with the Muslim community.

“Muslim nations consider the current Israeli conduct as a reflection of the western governments’ resolve,” he argued.

Asgharzadeh then urged establishing more campaigns and centers of studies in order to make the western public opinion aware about the Zionist regime’s atrocities so that they abandon their support for the regtime.

The reformist activist considered the choice of free election for all original population of the historical Palestine as the best option for resolving the Palestinian problem.
