Practical measures needed against int’l Zionism

Former Iranian Foreign Minister, Manouchehr Mottaki says the Zionist regime pursues to promote a divide among the Muslim sects in a bid to undermine the Muslim energy.

Mottaki made the remarks in an interview with the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) on the sidelines of an international conference on Muslim unity.

Nowadays, the Muslim community faces a multi-dimensional sedition that may not be countered solely by such conferences, rather it needs practical measures.

The diplomat said the conference must pursue to establish groups for promoting proximity among Muslim sects, adding the Palestinian issue may serve as a priority uniting goal.
