Dangerous plot in place against Islamic identity

Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Council of Iraq, Sayyed Ammar Hakim says the Palestinian issue remains the foremost issue of the Muslim community, adding the enemies have brought numerous crises to the Muslim community in order to sidelines the Palestinian issue.

The Iraqi personality made the remarks in an interview with the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) on the sidelines of an international conference on Muslim unity.

Hakim spoke of a dangerous conspiracy against Islamic identity across the world, adding the conspiracy has now focused on spoiling the Islamic identity of the Palestinian nation.

The pro-unity figure urged for full-scale support to the nation, adding Muslim states must take to the scene and help the nation restore its rights.
