1979 Islamic Revolution, vital for oppressed nations

A Manager of US-based Council of American-Islamic Relations says the Islamic Revolution of Iran has been vital for the entire oppressed nations of the world as it offers a victory in practice.

Cyrus Mc Goldrick was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) a few days ahead of the 37th anniversary of the victory of the revolution.

The 1979 “revolution grew the spirit for a global revolution and has retained the spirit for the past few decades,” the American personality said, adding many other revolutions in the world have already lost their original attitude while the Iranian revolution remains the same decades later.

As for the Iranian revolutionary legacy of the anti-Zionism combat, the personality said the legacy should be applied to crate a just world for the entire humanity.

“I as an Irish Muslim hope that the Iranians would push ahead their revolution,” he said, adding Iran’s pro-Palestinian efforts, initiated by the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini must spread across the world.
