Israel seeks to handle Palestinian issue without a final solution

History of Palestinian-Israeli conflict indicate that no Israeli authority from Golda Meir to Shimon Peres or Benjamin Netanyahu has ever thought of the Palestinian interests even for a moment, Palestine Today said.

The idea comes amid newer efforts to revive a PA-Israeli talk at France’s offer purportedly aimed at finding a solution to the prolonged issue.

The Palestinian daily suggested that the Israeli officials seek advance their own interests under the cover of ‘two-state solution,’ namely the expansion of Israeli borders, the expansion of its military might and the annihilation of the Palestinian existence.

‘Actually the Zionists have sought to handle the conflict during the past few decades,’ it wrote, adding the ceiling of authorities they would consider for the Palestinian would be ‘internal management of Palestinian cities.’

Palestine Today urged the PA authorities to think twice about their push for talks and strive to realize the reality that the sol solution to restore the Palestinian rights and establish an independent state is to get united and harmonize political measures with military measures.

‘Any party that strives for peace should get prepared for war,’ the daily said, using an old proverb to note the path forward in the peace track.
