Israel, close to join Arab League?!

Negative reactions to an Arab League’s decision to blacklist the Lebanese anti-occupation resistance movement, Hezbollah is expanding in the region and beyond with an Arab daily calling it as an ‘Israeli move’.

Ray al-Youm wrote that calling Hezbollah a terror group was the best possible gift to Israel and may prepare the ground for a new Israeli war on Lebanon and Gaza.

“The move also ruined the ground for any joint Arab action,” it added.

The daily said the league was under the influence of the Saudi money when taking the decision, adding it was as if it prepares to incorporate Israel as a new member.

The daily quipped it was not surprising if an Israeli would take the League’s reins in the future, adding if so, no one is better than Benjamin Netanyahu.
