Palestinian cause, symbol of anti-justice struggle

Former Iranian minister of culture and Islamic guidance says the Palestinian issue was tabled again following the uprising of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini.

“Imam Khomeini tended to adopt a stance against Israel and the US in any speech against the ousted regime of Shah; he never considered the two issues as distinct,” the ex-minister told the Qods News Agency (Qodsna).

Hosseini said any indifference towards the Palestinian issue would stems from indifference towards the struggle against injustice.

As for the regional upheavals in the region, Hosseini said the upheavals have been orchestrated by outsiders in order to prevent the establishment of a united Muslim community and to mend the face of Israel as the primary enemy of the community.

The former minister believed should the ISIS terror group and similar pseudo-Muslim groups were really seeking Islam, they would take on the common enemy of Muslims that is Israel whoever they have an undeclared alliance with Israel and support it.
