Normaliztion with Israel not excusable

Leader of the Palestinian Movement, Islamic Jihad says the anti-occupation intifada would not cease as long as the Palestinian land is occupied.

Khedr Adnan was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) in Tehran.

He said the best proof that the intifada is ongoing is the unstopping operations as well as the hunger strikes of Palestinian captives.

“The intifada has not stopped even for a single day,” he said, adding the intifada has continued one way or another.

Adnan said the armed intifada has slowed due to strict Israeli security measures as well as PA repression, adding Israeli forcers are storming the Palestinian areas on a daily and nightly basis, making it hard for Palestinians to keep their operations.

Asked about normalization with Israel by certain Arab states, the Palestinian personality called it a dagger in the back of the Palestinian nation.

“We never accept that certain Arab states move to normalize their ties at the pretext of helping to bring improvement to the West Bank or Gaza,” Adnan said.
