Trump’s bond to Israel; phony or genuine?

US president elect Donald Trump was generally known as a major trader and dealer when he vowed to transfer US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem (the occupied al-Quds).

Trump has already affirmed his commitment to ‘substantial change’ in US foreign policy concerning Israel and says he consider the full occupied city of Quds as belonging to Israel.

Palestinian political expert, Walid Mualel says however the positions of neither Democrats nor Republicans differ much over Israel.

“Obama offered maximum support to Israel however Trump has offered heavier promises to Israel,” he said, according to al-Resala Net.

Mualel noted that Obama had already vowed to move the embassy to Jerusalem but to no avail.
