SDPN Secretary General: Qods day helped promote regional resistance

Mojtaba Rahmandoust, Secretary General of the Society in Defense of the Palestinian Nation said the Zionist regime with Tzipi Livni, its newly-appointed premier would further advance towards militarism as she had a long spy records.

Speaking to Qodsna, he said that the Israeli community however was against militaristic moves showing its opposition in its street marches.

Asked how Qorld Qods Day ceremonies could helped promote the regional resistance, the Secretary General said that the ceremonies were key to keep the resistance alive, adding that the Qods day helped the regional countries get united.

Considering the future of Israel, Rahmandoust said that the Zionist regime was toiling to keep the status quo and had backtracked from great Israel idea to that effect.

He said that one could hope the regime would fail to survive considering the power of resistance and the existing schasm among the regime's officials.
