Palestinian MP: Special for 30th anniversary of Islamic Revolution 4

 Zuhair Rishad Sanduka, Member of the Palestine national council responsible for parliamentary affairs, described Iran's revolution as a historical event in the region and world.
 
"I express my congratulation on very essential and important as well as historical event in the history of region," he told Qodsna.

"We as Palestinian people consider the revolution of Iran led by Imam Khomeini that brought peace in not only in the region but also in the world," he added.

"Imam Khomeini in his first move after revolution of Iran closed Israeli embassy and opened Palestinian embassy so it was one of great step in support of Palestinian interests," he praised.

Sanduka described designation of a day as World Qods Day by Imam Khomeini as another revolutionary move after the victory of the revolution.

He termed confrontation with imperialism, colonization and occupation as the main goals of Iran's revolution.
