"No doubt that Islamic republic of Iran has a pivotal role in supporting resistance movements in region and the world, particularly against Zionist regime, Sheikh Hassan Moussa, Leading Imam of Stockholm Mosque told Qodsna.

"Zionist regime was created in the Middle East to uproot people from their land, the sheikh said, adding "but Iran consciously and with awareness by supporting resistance groups thwarted Zionist regime and western plots."
 
"Islamic Revolution has inspired resistance in Palestine and Lebanon," he said.

Shiek Moussa dismissed Iranophobia plot some Arab countries and said fear of Arab countries over Iran is politically motivated.

"Iran's position is clear. It always stands by the oppressed Palestinian people who were expelled from their territory," he said.
