Former deputy Egyptian fm told Qodsna: Israeli threats against IRI breach international regulations

Abdullah Ashaal, former deputy Egyptian foreign minister said that the Zionist regime's threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran breached international regulations and the UN Charter.

He told Qodsna that the international community spearheaded by US to breach the international regulations by keeping silent towards these threats.

"These Israeli propaganda threats are the flagrant violation of independence of a UN member," he added.

Asked about the abduction of four Iranian diplomats by Israel, Asaal said that the Zionist regime must provide all information at its disposal about the case.

"We witness that the regime makes all sorts of compromise over its own detainees while it refuses to give any information about those held in its captivity," Asaal said, urging the international bodies to tackle the issue without discrimination.

Concerning Israeli and American claims about IRI's nuclear activities, the Egyptian official said that every country had right to conduct nuclear activities specially.

He said the Israeli claims against Iran in this regard were unfounded and against international conventions.

"The history of Islamic Republic of Iran proves it wishes peace and peaceful coexistence with other nations," he added.
