Khatib: World needs a leader like Imam Khomeini

Imam Khomeini revived the Palestinian issue by designation of World Quds Day, Tanzanian Professor and member of an NGO in defense of humanitarian services and support for Palestine said.

Imam’s initiative is not related only to Iranians, it is a global call that urges all Muslims to participate at one day and announce their support from Palestine, Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, Ahmad Al-Khatib told Qodsna.

"At this crucial moment when Zionists are lobbying in all countries, we need a leader like Imam Khomeini to save Muslims from their claws," he said.

He said Zionist regime has occupied Quds, Palestine and Muslim territories.

The founder of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Tanzania also urged all Muslims to follow Imam’s path in reviving Islam and supporting Palestine and oppressed people.

He also termed IR Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei and Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah as followers of Imam Khomeini.

"Tanzanian people support Iran’s initiative for destroying Zionist usurper regime," he said, expressing hope Zionist regime would be dismantled very soon and Quds will be freed.
