Islamic judiciary experts urged for Legal charter of Palestinian rights
Islamic judiciary experts, attending an international meeting held in Tehran on June 10 called on Islamic judges to use judicial potentials of Islamic countries to resolve the problems of the world of Islam.
Secretary of the three-day conference, Ayatollah Abbas Ka'bi in his opening address said Quds and the Palestinian issue must be put on agenda of any meetings to be held in future in the world of Islam.
More than 50 Islamic countries participated in the meeting.
At the sideline of the meeting, Salah Zavavi, the Palestinian ambassador in Tehran lauded Imam Khomeini for making the Palestinian issue and Quds a priority. Zavavi urged for national unity among the internal Palestinian groups as the only guarantee for the victory of Palestinians.
The Palestinian ambassador warned that Quds was on the verge of annihilation as the Israeli settlements were expanding. Zavavi urged all Muslims to get united.

Secretary of Bangladeshi commission Iqtedar Ahmed denounced the Western silence regarding the Zionist regime's aggressions against the Palestinians.
"The western countries keep silence and change legal and political concepts in their favor. They define terrorism as defense while they call defense of an occupied nation as terrorism."
He described Juridical Union of the Islamic states' judiciary heads as the best way for forcing the west to accept world realities.
Chief of Sudan's High Court Sudan emphasized on the important role of the union of Islamic states' judiciary heads. He said the union offering new definitions of legal concepts can pave the ground for the Palestinians nation to regain its rights.
"We need new and real concepts to put pressures against the US and its related legal organizations which always support Israel," Abdul Rahman Muhammad Abdul Rahman Sharafi said.
"Western countries try to infuse their definitions and views," he said. He regretted that the world of Islam still uses the language and concepts of the western legal system.
He expressed hope that the union (Union of the Islamic states' judiciary heads) could improve the legal situation of the Islamic countries.

"It is in favor of the world of Islam to put Palestine issue as priority in every Islamic meeting," Muhammad Barakat told Qodsna.
He expressed hope that the union could take large strides in support of the Palestinian rights.

Feisal Mohammad Hussein, Kuwaiti judge urged for the unity of Islamic countries in defense of the Palestinian issue and Quds.
"Lawmakers of Islamic countries should revive the Islamic nature of Quds by providing legal documents to international courts," he said.
Pointing to the Israeli violation of international resolutions and human rights principals, the judge said "by providing documents and evidence we will disclose such Israeli violations".
