IRI Foreign Ministry's official: Zionist regime worried about Iran’s election results

Ghazanfar Rokn-Abadi, head of the Foreign Ministry's Middle East department said Zionist regime is not satisfied with results of Iran’s 10th presidential election.

He told qodsna that Zionist regime is worried about the results of Iran’s elections and will use all its capabilities for confronting with the Islamic Republic government.

"Zionist officials are not satisfied with the reelection of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as Iran’s president," Rokn-Abadi said, adding "as Israeli premier Netanyahoo has said victory of Ahmadinejad in Iran’s election was bad news for Israel."

"Meanwhile, Zionist regime’s president Shimon Peres has also taken a harsher stance over Iran’s election and expressed hope that Iran’s government will be dismantled very soon," the expert said.

"There is another group among Zionist officials that consideres Ahmadinejad’s reelection as great assistance for Zionist regime because they believe that Ahmadinejad’s stance over Holocaust and Durban II conference in Geneva is a tool in their hand to push for more pressures against Iran and its allies," Rokn-Abadi said.

Pointing to Israeli meddling in Iran’s unrest after election, he said, Zionist regime tries to stop Iran from progress in nuclear programs which they have called real danger for its existence, "so it will use every tools and ways to achieve the goal."

The head of the Foreign Ministry's Middle East department also said some western countries especially U.S. have allocated huge budget for provoking opposition groups in Iran to continue unrest and chaos.
