Jewish representative lauds Imam Khomeini's Qods initiative

Designating a day as World Quds Day by late Imam Khomeini leads World’s Unitarian to step a move for the fulfillment of Palestinian people’s rights in a unique day, Representative of Iranian Jews in the parliament told Qodsna.

Dr. Siamak Moreh Sedgh, President of Tehran Jewish Committee believed that every event with regard to liberation and unity among people in the world will affect the whole world.

Undoubtedly, victory of Islamic revolution of Iran had greatly affected the Palestinian issue and move for liberation of Palestine.

He condemned Arab and international community's silence over Gaza situation, adding today’s Gaza situation is due to the silence and reconciliation of international organizations and ignoring Palestinian rights by regional governments.

Pointing to U.S. president Obama’s Middle East peace plan, he said such peace plans do not guarantee the liberation of Palestine.
