Haji-Babai: Support to Palestine is growing

Hamid Reza Haji Babai described defending Quds as defending Islam’s sanctity, adding Imam Khomeini by designating World Quds Day invited the Islamic world to support Palestinian people against Zionist regime’s aggressions.

“Imam Khomeini introduced World Quds Day as a symbol of resistance, struggle, solidarity and unity among Muslims”.

The representative underlined the necessity of supporting Palestinian cause, saying supporting Palestinians will force aggressors and occupiers to come back and make Palestinians more ready in resistance against occupiers.

Supporting Palestinians still continue and grow 30 years after Islamic Revolution of Iran, member of the Majlis Presiding Board said.

He expressed hope that Muslims in the world would massively announce their support to Palestinians and resistance at this year’s world Quds Day.

Pointing to U.S. peace plan in Middle East, Haji Babaei said such plans is not in favor of Palestinians and would not help solve their problems rather they have been carried out to intimidate Islamic countries and help Zionist regime to control the whole region.

He described resistance as the best solution option for Palestinians to get rid of Gaza crisis.
